He argues that the trial court erred in failing to suppress the evidence used to convict him because the evidence was the fruit of an unlawful seizure. We agree; accordingly, we reverse the Defendant's conviction and dismiss the case against him. Tenn. R. App. P. 3 Appeal as of Right; Judgment of the Trial Court Reversed.
