1 Quincy Lee Grant appeals from a judgment of conviction and a post-conviction order. He sought to withdraw his guilty pleas to two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety while threatening to use a dangerous weapon. See WIS. STAT.§Â§ 941.30(1), 939.63 (2003-04).He claimed that his pleas were not entered knowingly, voluntarily and intelligently because the circuit court did not advise him that a dangerous weapon penalty enhancer may extend only the confinement portion of a bifurcated sentence. We conclude that this case is controlled by State v. Sutton, 2006 WI App 118, 294 Wis. 2d 330, 718 N.W.2d 146. We therefore reject his arguments and affirm.
